Bonuses & Extra Day Rates: How to Surpass €6,000 Net Cash per Shoot Date
Transparent breakdown of production bonuses: loyalty bonuses, special scene premiums, promotional photo stills, and generous travel allowances.
1. The Complete Compensation Architecture: Compounding Baseline Rates with Production Add-Ons
At Casting Romania, our compensation architecture is defined by absolute transparency and generous rewards for talent, punctuality, and poised professionalism. Beyond our guaranteed baseline day rates (€1,500 to €3,000 net cash), our performing talent unlocks a comprehensive array of production bonuses that elevate single-day earnings to €5,000 to €6,000+ per booking.
The foremost add-on is our Loyalty & Recurrence Bonus. Talent collaborating on a consistent monthly cadence (1 to 2 shoot dates per month) receives an automatic 15% to 25% day rate compounding, alongside VIP first-look rights on upcoming scripts, preferred co-stars, and optimal call times.
2. Loyalty & Recurrence Bonuses: Rewarding Consistent Monthly Collaboration
The second lucrative stream comprises Promotional Media Add-Ons: completing a brisk 15-minute high-resolution glamour stills portfolio while styled by Andreea Radu unlocks an immediate €300 to €600 cash bonus. Opting into two vertical behind-the-scenes teaser reels for overseas distribution yields an additional €200 to €500 net cash.
Furthermore, for performers traveling regionally (Cluj, Timișoara, Iași, Chișinău) or internationally, we provide 100% Travel & 5-Star Lodging Reimbursement, covering airfare, first-class rail, and boutique hotel accommodations. All bonuses compound into a single sealed cash envelope delivered upon wrap.
3. Special Staging Premiums and Promotional Media Packages: Extra Cash at Every Wrap
Key compensation bonuses available to talent include:
- Loyalty Compounding Bonus: Up to 25% rate increases for dependable monthly production schedules.
- Glamour Stills Portfolio Bonus: €300 to €600 net cash for a 15-minute high-fashion stills shoot.
