The foremost concern of any newcomer is preventing family, friends, or colleagues in Mogosoaia from discovering their participation. At Casting Romania, we eliminate that concern: productions never release on domestic Romanian sites, but solely on paid international subscription networks across North America and Western Europe.
🗑️ Right to Erasure & GDPR Physical Destruction Policy
Under European GDPR provisions, following the expiration of mandatory tax retention periods, all physical identity copies are permanently destroyed in a high-security cross-cut shredder for talents in Mogosoaia.
No residual personal documentation lingers following the completion of our engagement.
🛡️ Enforceable Contractual Ban on Domestic Release
Your defense is both technological and legal. Licensing agreements impose heavy liquidated damages on any international distributor attempting to release media within Romania for talents from Mogosoaia.
Foreign studios hold direct financial interest in honoring this geographic restriction strictly.
📁 Offline Air-Gapped Archival: Zero Cloud Exposure
Amateur agencies leave passport scans on mobile devices or vulnerable cloud drives. At Casting Romania, your identification records are stored exclusively on encrypted media physically disconnected from the internet for talents in Mogosoaia.
Zero vulnerability to external hacks, data breaches, or unauthorized leaks.
„I live in a small provincial town and local gossip was my greatest dread. Two years of IP geoblocking and stage names later, nobody in my town has any idea!”
