Your civic identity is shielded through enforceable legal covenants: for talents in Cologne, government identification data is never transferred or released online, ensuring productions operate strictly under stage aliases.
⚖️ Legal Framework: Copyright Law 8/1996 & Clean Banking Funds
You do not require complicated corporate entities. Transferring patrimonial performance rights is the standard legal format in film production. Our accounting department withholds withholding tax directly, providing verifiable banking documentation in Cologne.
You can purchase real estate, vehicles, or deposit funds internationally without regulatory scrutiny.
🎭 Registered Stage Alias: Complete Separation from Civic Identity
Your screen identity operates as an independent brand. In all external communication, call sheets, and credits for talents in Cologne, you appear solely under your registered artistic pseudonym.
Your legal civic name is never disclosed to crew members, co-stars, or photographers.
🔒 Romania Blackout Clause: Contractually Prohibited Domestic Streaming
Distribution agreements contain strict contractual clauses barring access within Romania. Any unauthorized distribution triggers immediate license termination and legal damages for performers from Cologne.
You are protected both technically through cloud-level Geo-IP filtering and legally via enforceable covenants.
„On set no one knows my legal name, not even the director. My stage alias is the sole identifier utilized anywhere.”
