Why Contracts Exist and Why They Protect You

Before any adult content production in Motru, you will be asked to sign documentation. This is not a bureaucratic obstacle — it is a legal framework that protects both you and the production. Understanding what you're signing, what it means, and what your rights are in that agreement is a fundamental part of working in this industry safely and professionally.

The Four Core Documents You Will Encounter

1. Model Release / Performer Agreement

This is the primary contract. It specifies:

• Who is involved (your name/stage name, the production company)
• What content is being produced (scene description, agreed acts)
• Where the content will be distributed (platform names, territories)
• Your compensation (amount, currency — always EUR cash, paid on day)
• Usage rights — how long the production company can use your likeness and performance
• Your stage name and whether real identity is disclosed

Read every line. Ask about anything you don't understand before signing. A reputable production in Motru will always allow time for this.

2. NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

An NDA prevents you from publicly disclosing specific details about the production — other performers' identities, specific studio locations, production methods, or unreleased content. This is standard and mutual: the production also cannot disclose details about you beyond what you've agreed to. NDAs are enforceable and should be taken seriously.

What NDAs do NOT prevent: You can always disclose your own participation in productions you've appeared in. You can always speak to legal counsel about an agreement. You cannot be prevented from reporting illegal activity to authorities.

3. Age Verification Documentation

Every production requires a copy of your government-issued ID confirming you are 18+. This is legal requirement across all EU jurisdictions, not optional. This documentation is stored securely and not shared outside of legal compliance purposes.

4. Consent Form / Act Agreement

Specifies exactly which acts you've agreed to perform in the specific scene. Only acts listed on this form will be filmed. This document protects you specifically — if a director requests something not listed, you have written evidence that it was not agreed. In Motru productions, this form is signed immediately before filming and can be updated if scope changes are mutually agreed.

Your Rights as a Performer

• You can refuse any act not in your agreement — without losing your agreed base compensation
• You can stop filming at any time
• You are entitled to read all documents before signing — no pressure or time limits
• You can request a copy of everything you sign
• Your real identity is protected — stage names are standard

Red Flags in Contracts

• No written contract — verbal agreements only. Never accept.
• Vague distribution rights ("all territories, in perpetuity, unlimited use") without specific platform names
• No compensation amount written — only "to be determined"
• Pressure to sign immediately without reading
• Any clause waiving your right to stop at any time
